The physicians at St. Charles Family Medical Center ask that patients give 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. In the event of an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time so that we may accommodate another patient. Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment prior to the appointment time will result in a charge equal to your co-pay (if applicable) or $20.

The Doctor-Patient relationship may be in jeopardy if more than 3 scheduled appointments are missed without proper cancellation.
