For after-hour emergencies, your physician can be paged by calling (630) 208-4234.
An after hours phone call to the Dr. on call will result in a charge when treatment decisions or medical advice are given.

Most managed care insurance plans require that you contact your physician BEFORE seeking emergency treatment. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 for ambulance service or go directly to the nearest hospital.

Office hours are by appointment only. The time allotted for your appointment depends upon the nature of your problem. You must make a separate appointment for each person to be seen. Call early in the day for urgent problems so if necessary, we may see you the same day.

Patients who come into the office without an appointment will be scheduled at the next appropriate appointment time available.

In order to better serve your needs, please schedule your next appointment with the receptionist before leaving the office. You will be asked for your insurance card at each visit. This will assist us in complying with your insurance requirements for any testing or outside referrals which may need to be done.
